Who can apply for a SEKRETARIO?

In principle, every awarding organisation is free to apply for a Sekretario. The only requirement is that an application course has been completed at Konkurado. Contact us for a training date.
If you only want to use Konkurado as a tendering platform, but not the SEKRETARIO digital procedure room, Konkurado will do this work for you. Send us your tender documents!

Do I need a subscription to participate in a procedure?

No, you do not need a subscription to take part in a competition. All you need to do is register free of charge with KONKURADO.
Click on the "Register for competition" button on the competition page and follow the instructions.

Am I authorised to take part?

Please check the conditions of participation in the respective competition programme. If you are unsure, please contact the organiser.

Why do I need a team name?

To take part in competitions, you must give yourself a team name (even if you are only an individual). The team name is not the same as the code word. In anonymous procedures, organisers cannot deduce the team name or team members from the project name (code word).
The team name is used to assign editing rights within the team and to organise communication within your team during the competition.

Is my data anonymous?

Yes, in anonymous procedures, organisers cannot deduce the team name or team members from the project name (code word).
When submitting anonymously, you choose a code word and "seal" the digital author envelope when submitting. Awarding organisations can only open the author envelope with the contents on the day of and after the jury's decision. Until then, Konkurado encrypts all information.
The metadata of your submitted documents (pdf, xlsx, docx, vector files...) will be anonymised by Konkurado. Only after anonymisation does the awarding authority have access to the submitted data (pdf, xlsx, docx, vector files...). Attention! Please make sure that your digital documents do not contain any author information and that the file names are also free of such information!
CONCLUSION: KONKURADO is more secure than an analogue submission - or at least just as secure!

Is my data secure?

Yes, the security of the server provider is high. The servers are located in Switzerland. Data traffic is encrypted. In addition, the provider is ISO certified (ISO 27001:2013 information security, ISO 9001:2008 quality management).

What data is stored in the database?

Archiving/deletion on www.KONKURADO.ch is regulated as follows: All recorded data and documents are stored on the KONKURADO platform for at least 10 years.

For private clients and public authorities that use KONKURADO to archive their competitions, archiving, data maintenance and deletion are regulated separately.
