Anonymity when submitting a competition
In the case of anonymous procedures organised via KONKURADO, the awarding authority CANNOT deduce the team name or team members from the project name (code word). When submitting anonymously, you choose a code word and "seal" the digital author envelope when submitting. Awarding organisations can only open the author envelope with the contents on the day of the jury decision. Until then, Konkurado encrypts all information.
The metadata of your submitted documents (pdf, xlsx, docx, vector files...) will be anonymised by Konkurado. Only after anonymisation will the awarding authority have access to the submitted data (pdf, xlsx, docx, vector files...). Attention! Please make sure that your digital documents do not contain any author information and that the file names are also free of this information!
Conclusion
KONKURADO is more secure than an analogue submission - or at least just as secure!

Current competitions
Under Current competitions you will find all competitions in Switzerland that are currently being advertised publicly or privately.
Archived (completed) competitions
Under Archived (completed) competitions you will find all archive entries, i.e. competitions whose results (jury report) have already been published or whose registration date has passed.
Labelling on KONKURADO
Procedures that conform to SIA142/143 are labelled with the corresponding label on Konkurado.
The SIA is responsible for checking conformity.
Procedure programmes submitted to the SIA will be assessed within three weeks.
Please note that in the case of selective procedures, the prequalification documents must already comply with the SIA 142 or 143 regulations in the relevant points at the time of publication in order to receive the conformity stamp. This SIA service is free of charge. Basic questions regarding programme assessment should be addressed to the SIA's Competitions/Study Commissions department.
KONKURADO generally publishes all procedures, i.e. also those without the SIA quality seal.

The Foundation Research Design Competitions

Websites of other providers that can be accessed via www.konkurado.ch are not subject to the data protection regulations set out here. The Foundation accepts no responsibility or liability for compliance with data protection by third-party websites.
Archiving/deletion on konkurado.ch is regulated as follows:
All error-free data and documents are stored on konkurado.ch for at least 10 years and are accessible according to user category.
For clients and public authorities that use konkurado to archive their competitions, archiving, data maintenance and deletion are regulated separately.
Data is stored externally at nine.ch in a data centre and meets the highest security requirements thanks to a fully redundant system.

The jury report can only be downloaded with a valid subscription. You can find the jury reports in the archive.
Download competition programme
You can download the competition programme from the respective current call for entries. You do not need a subscription. You only need to be registered and logged in.

You can download the specifications from the respective current invitation to tender. You do not need a subscription to do this. You only need to be registered and logged in.
Download additional documents
You can download additional documents from competitions and tenders, if available, under the respective procedure. You do not need a subscription for this. You simply need to be registered and logged in.

What are groups
A group is a company, an office or an institution. As such, it is listed in the archive and linked to the respective procedures. Different persons can be assigned to a group.
Why do you need groups?
1. it is possible to search for and display groups (companies, offices) that are linked to procedures in the archive. This applies to
- Awarding organisations
- Clients
- Participating (for study commissions) and ranked (for competitions) offices
- Offices preparing the competition
2. analogous to the archive search, each procedure linked to a group can be viewed in the user administration by the persons of the same group (e.g. a procedure in which its group (company, office) was ranked).
3. a group (company, office) is required to purchase a company subscription.
Persons assigned to this group can be assigned a subscription. The assignment of subscriptions can be changed at any time by the group administrator (e.g. when a person leaves the group and the subscription is assigned to another person in the group). Each person can set up an individual e-mail filter.
4. a group is required for the administration of a SEKRETARIO.
Creating a group
This is how groups can be created in the user administration:
1. enter group name in search field and check whether it already exists in the database (if yes, then click to link)
2. if not, enter the desired group name in the field and select the "Register new group" button and press the "Register new group" button again
The creator of the group is always automatically the administrator of the group.
Administer group
The person registering the group is automatically the administrator of the group and can change the address of the group in the user administration:
- change the address of the group
- invite and link people to the group, remove them from the group
- Purchase a company subscription for the group
- Assign a subscription to members of the group
- Assign or withdraw administrator status to another person
Individual entrepreneurs
Individual entrepreneurs are managed as a group (company, office) in the archive.
Daily info mail about new procedures
By purchasing a subscription, you will receive up-to-date information on new procedures according to your own filters (e.g. project competitions for architects in Zurich and Bern).
Tendering of procedures
The tendering of procedures is subject to a fee. All forms of public and private procurement can be put out to tender (from tenders and planner selection procedures to open competitions). Send your tender documents to the following address: admin@konkurado.ch or apply for a SEKRETARIO and organise the tender yourself.

As an awarding authority, you can efficiently publish, organise and administer a wide range of procedures via the SEKRETARIO digital procedure room. Find out more about the SEKRETARIO digital procedure room here.
To obtain awarding authority status, you must complete a training course on creating and managing a SEKRETARIO.
The KONKURADO team will provide you and your competition participants with competent support throughout the entire process via the hotline.

Forgotten your password - what to do?
Have you forgotten your password or entered it incorrectly three times? No problem, Konkurado will generate a new one for you and send it to the e-mail address provided.
Never give your password to third parties, neither personally nor by e-mail, telephone or messenger. Use strong, personalised passwords and update them regularly. Protect your accounts and data from unauthorised access!

Participation in competitions
Some procedures are organised and administered via KONKURADO (via so-called SEKRETARIO). You do not need a subscription to participate in such a procedure. All you need to do is register with KONKURADO free of charge. Click on the "Registration" button on the page of the respective procedure and follow the instructions.

Registration for competitions (and all other procedures)
To register for a procedure organised via Konkurado (SEKRETARIO), you must be registered and logged in. Then follow the corresponding instructions.
Submitting a competition entry
To submit an entry for a procedure organised via Konkurado, you must be logged in and registered for the competition. Then follow the corresponding instructions. It is possible to edit the submitted files and data until the submission deadline.
Keyword search
You can search for keywords in current procedures and in the archive. As soon as you start typing the word into the search field, you will receive suggestions that you can select. In the archive (completed competitions) you also have the option of searching for offices, clients (organisers) or jury members.
Filter
Use the power search in current procedures and in the archive based on your filter settings.
For example, you can filter by the following characteristics:
- Building category
- Specialist areas
- Type of procedure
- Procurement form (according to SIA)
- Conformity
- Type of task
- Canton
- Year of tender
Archive (completed competitions)
Search the KONKURADO archive for everything you need to know about past competitions (competition programmes, jury reports, other documents, competition data, jury, results, etc...).

Private subscription
With a subscription you support the memory of the unbuilt and at the same time benefit from a variety of features, such as access to competition results, the download of jury reports or the personal notification assistant about current tenders (any procedures, such as competitions, tenders, planner selection procedures, prizes ... etc.). The private subscription costs CHF 270 incl. VAT per year. You must be registered and logged in to purchase a subscription.

You also have the option of purchasing a company subscription for 10 users:
Company subscription
With a company subscription, you can enjoy the benefits of a Konkurado subscription tenfold within your company.
The company subscription costs CHF 350 incl. VAT per year and can be used by 10 people in your company. Each individual user can make individual settings for the notification e-mails (filters). The condition is that all company members have the same e-mail domain (character string after the @).

To buy a company subscription, you must be registered and logged in. And this is how it works:
1. select Company subscription.
2. select the group or company name.
3. specify the desired number of users.

Extend subscription
The minimum contract period is 1 year. At the end of the contract period, the subscription expires automatically. To extend the contract, log in and go to the user profile in the subscription area.
Price private subscription
CHF 270 incl. VAT per year.

Transferring a subscription
You can transfer your subscription to another person at any time. We will be happy to help you. Please contact us for this. We will reply as soon as possible.
Subscription cancellation
You do not have to cancel your subscription. The contract period is 1 year. At the end of the year, the subscription status expires automatically.
Subscription payment method
We accept VisaCard, MasterCard, PostFinance Card, PostFinance payments, PostFinance Pay, Paypal and TWINT.
If you buy online, your subscription will be activated immediately.
Voucher code payment method
To redeem a voucher code, you must be registered and logged in.

What is a team
A team is a working group with which participation in a competition organised digitally with the help of KONKURADO can be carried out and administered. People can work together in a team.
Why do you need teams?
You need a team to participate in a digitally organised procedure (via SEKRETARIO).
Create a team
If you register for a digital procedure, you will first be asked to assign a team name. The system checks whether the team name already exists; it is not possible to assign a team name twice.
The creator of the team is automatically the administrator of the team.
Other people can be invited to join the team. They are authorised to edit the registration for a competition.
The registration can be processed until the end of the registration period.
Only team administrators can finalise the submission.
Team administration
The creator of the team is automatically the administrator of the team and can change the team address in the registration form:
- change the address of the team
- Invite and link people to the team, remove them from the team
- assign or withdraw administrator status to another person
- submit the team's registration for a competition
