Sotto Voce Foundation invites you to submit a concept, that reflects your vision for urban landscaping. You are free to choose the method, how you want to express your architectural message, but you are confined to the spatial limits of the Kosmos. Your exposure will deal with the existing context – a context that can be seen not only as space, but also as socially, culturally, technically, economically, temporally and so on.
