Il concorso interessa un settore centrale strategico della città di Aosta, completamente destinato all'istruzione e alla cultura. L'intervento consentirà il completamento di tali servizi e il loro miglioramento, recuperando a funzioni scolastiche un bene vincolato e la relativa ampia area esterna a verde, abbandonati da tempo, nonché la riqualificazione dell'adiacente centro espositivo.
