Description

Réalisation d’un îlot du futur quartier de la Susette.

Le projet regroupe 4 maîtres d'ouvrage (MO) : l’État de Genève (représenté par la FPLC) ainsi que la Fondation immobilière de droit public Jean Dutoit (FJD), la société Aton Développement SA, et la coopérative d’habitation « Les Ailes ».

Le périmètre du concours a une surface d’environ 8'300 m2. Les droits à bâtir totaux représentent un maximum de 25'828 m2 incluant logements, activités artisanales et commerciales répartis entre les 4 MO selon l'indication précisée dans le cahier des charges du concours.
